Variation in Products
As all our products are handmade, a slight variation in colour, tone, shape or size may occur between different products. This shouldn’t be considered as a defect and shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
Replacement
If the ordered product is broken or damaged during the time of delivery, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, specifying the reason for the replacement and the necessary photos. We will arrange to pick up the product that you wish to be replaced from your location. We also request you to keep the product to be returned unused with its original packaging and labels so that it is in the same condition as you received it.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Some Fine Handicrafts is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging.
Mostly orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Mondays to Fridays are considered working days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances. However, we will endevour to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. We deliver your orders through our esteemed national-level courier partners.
